Northwood

We took on a proposed development centred on a well-known redundant public house. The planning approval we inherited was fussy in places, though the overall vision was excellent, so we created a new, streamlined design that was both more cost-effective and quicker to deliver. Completed from purchase to handover in nine months, the scheme involved building two new houses from the ground up in the former car park, refurbishing an attached terraced house, and creating four flats within the public house space itself.
