Purley Place

Originally a Syphon works built around 1881, converted into offices in 1989 and purchased for conversion into a residential development. The design created three high-end, loft-style apartments. From the purchase of the site through to the sale of the final apartment, including all fit-out works, the project was completed within twelve months.
